www.dixavo.com sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Standard technical logs (IP address, time, requested page) are kept briefly by our hosting infrastructure for security and reliability.

Correspondence

Mail sent to or from an @dixavo.com address is processed on behalf of the organization that owns that address. That organization decides why and how your conversation is used, and is your first point of contact for privacy requests about its content. Dixavo processes the correspondence to deliver it, secure it, keep the record the organization requires and — where the organization has enabled an assistant — prepare or send replies on its behalf.

AI assistance

Where an organization enables an assistant on its address, incoming messages are processed automatically to prepare or send a reply on that organization’s behalf. The organization controls this feature and remains responsible for the conversation.

Retention

Correspondence is retained according to the owning organization’s settings and applicable law, then deleted.

Your rights

Requests about the content of a conversation (access, correction, deletion) are handled by the organization you correspond with — reply in the same thread or use its usual contact channels. For matters about the Dixavo service itself, write to postmaster@dixavo.com.

Acceptable use

Dixavo addresses exist for genuine business correspondence between an organization and the people it serves. It is not permitted to use them for:

• unsolicited bulk mail (spam);
• phishing, fraud or impersonation;
• distributing malware or other harmful content;
• any unlawful activity.

Enforcement

Reports sent to abuse@dixavo.com are reviewed, and addresses in breach are suspended or closed.
